If the Gap Were Closed, Georgia Women Could Afford Food for More Than One Year, Six More Months of Mortgage and Utilities, or More Than Nine Additional Months of Rent Annually On average, Georgia women employed full time, year round are paid just 82 cents for every dollar paid to men – a yearly pay gap of $8,155.
